Our Sam, our brother, our mentor, the heart & soul of our band has passed on…but left us with his love, his memories and his music.! A prolific composer & musician, he was a member of many lineups including Bullock Smithy, Morrigan, Strangers In Town, and most recently Run Out The Guns and Moonshine Rebels! Loved by all he knew, Sam had a way about him seldom seen these days! A presence, not born of stature, but of a deep understanding & wisdom born out of a life touching the hearts & minds of people like you and I with his music! He would be the first person to strike up a tune… and the last person at the bar…often stood up asleep.. without spilling a drip from his glass! Sam…there’s too many stories about you to write here … so we just say… Our love, our gratitude & our heartfelt Farewell… Rest In Peace Brother..! Xx
